About Ivy

 

Ivy is 'of counsel' to Watson Immigration Law. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1996 and obtained her law degree from University of Washington School of Law in 2001.

From 2001 to 2002, she served as the Attorney Advisor for the United States Immigration Court in Arlington, Virginia, and Atlanta, Georgia, through the U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General’s Honors Program.  Subsequently, Ivy was selected as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Ireland where she conducted comparative immigration law research at Trinity College and Amnesty International – Ireland from 2002 to 2003.

Since returning to the United States, Ivy has practiced exclusively in the area of U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Law.  She handles a variety of immigration cases, with a special interest in non-immigrant work visas and employment-based immigration.

Membership
Ivy is currently a member of the California State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
